We strive to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days

In order to bring you the best deals as quick as possible, not all stock is located in the same warehouse. 

Some items are shipped directly from the factory and that might impact your delivery fees and it might also be the reason why you are receiving the items at different times.

Journals and Bath Salts come directly from Cape Town (from different factories) and will be sent directly to you to not waste time.  All other items are shipped from Gauteng so dependent on where you are, you might receive them at different times.

In general, we make use of Courier Guy and you will receive the tracking numbers and an update when the item has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME WE MAY EXPERIENCE:

• Backorders/stock delays which could impact delivery time
• Strikes or acts of nature that delay delivery
